The Hamilton Road project involved a comprehensive internal refurbishment alongside targeted external upgrades to improve both the functionality and appearance of the property.

Internally, the layout was refined to enhance circulation and better connect the main living spaces. Existing features were carefully restored where possible, while new finishes, bespoke joinery and updated services were introduced to create a clean, contemporary feel that still respects the character of the home.

Externally, the works included façade improvements and the introduction of larger glazed openings to increase natural light and strengthen the connection with the outdoor space. Subtle landscaping elements were added to complete the transformation and provide a calm, cohesive setting.
